Q. Do I get lifetime access to my purchases?

Yes! Once you purchase, you receive lifetime access to your notes, including any future updates to those subjects.

Q. Who writes our MedSchoolNotes?
Our high-yield study notes are crafted by a team of qualified doctors and sourced from reputable references, ensuring they meet the standards of most Western countries.

Q. What notes do you offer?
Our notes cover each bodily system, including key topics in anatomy, physiology, histology, pathophysiology, and treatment principles. We also provide notes on genetics, cancer, cellular biology, biochemistry, and pharmacology. Check out the full range here.

Q. Do you offer notes in other languages?
Currently, all our notes are in English. However, you can use free and paid PDF translation tools, like this one, to translate them into other languages.

Q. Are all your notes digital, or do you offer physical copies?
All notes are delivered digitally in PDF format. This ensures immediate access, versatile use across devices, selective printing if needed, affordability, and an environmentally-friendly approach.

Q. Why do you need my address if the products are digital?
To prevent fraud, we need your billing address to match the one registered to your payment method. If the billing address doesn’t match, your transaction may be declined.

Q. Can I pay using PayPal?
Yes! PayPal is available in the 'Express Checkout' menu. Make sure to apply any discount codes before proceeding with PayPal, as it will charge the cart value displayed at the time of payment.

Q. Can I use my credit card with PayPal?
Yes! Click the PayPal button at checkout, then select "Pay With A Card" in the PayPal window. This allows you to pay as a guest.

Q. Why is my credit/debit card not working?
All card payments are processed via Stripe, which supports Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. If you're facing issues, try the following steps:

  1. Make sure international/online transactions are enabled on your card.
  2. Confirm your billing address matches your card's registered address.
  3. Temporarily disable any VPN to validate your IP location.
  4. Refresh your browser.
  5. Try a different device.
  6. Use PayPal's card payment option (select "Pay With A Card" in the PayPal window).

Q. Can I pay in other currencies?
Our store charges in United-Stats dollars ($USD), but prices are displayed in your local currency. You can also use the currency selector at the bottom right of every page. At checkout, the final amount will convert to USD before charging your payment method.

Q. How do I use a store voucher?
If you’ve received a store voucher, it will be sent via email. Click "view voucher" in the email, then "start shopping." The voucher will be automatically applied at checkout. If not, enter the voucher code manually in the coupon box.

Q. Why haven't I received my order confirmation email?
The most common cause is a typo in the email entered during checkout. If this happened, DM us on Instagram at @Med.School.Note, and we’ll resend your order manually. Also, check your junk or spam folder. If you used Apple Pay or PayPal, your confirmation will be sent to the email linked to your payment method.
