While we always aim for your satisfaction, please understand that due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Once materials are accessed, they are considered delivered and non-returnable. However, we do make exceptions in specific cases where issues may arise.

If you’re unsatisfied:

Please contact us at medschoolnote.help@hotmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll do our best to make it right.

We reserve the right to decline a refund request if it does not fit our eligibility criteria.

Refunds Are Eligible Under These Conditions:

Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same subject more than once, we’ll gladly refund the duplicates.

Payment Errors: Overcharges or processing mistakes that result in you paying more than intended will be corrected and refunded.

Refunds Are Not Eligible Under These Conditions:

Downloaded Content: If you’ve already accessed and downloaded all or most of the product, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Accidental Purchases: Our multi-step checkout process is designed to prevent unintended orders. We do not issue refunds for buyer mistakes.

Late Requests: Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase will not be considered.
